Get Exercising

As the commentariat said recently.........not exercising when older might mean being able to live longer, because of medical advances, but if you do not exercise, well........you might not be able to get out of the chair!! So it improves QUALITY of life.

So .........get to it!

I belong to the tiny % of women over 50 who lift weights. Now I am reminded to keep going. What about you Peter?

Have always been an active athlete - mostly swimming, cycling and triathlons, but until a few years ago, little active gym work. Was talked into using the gym by my wife who is also a user. AND...it has made a difference to strength in swimming - noticeably. So, yes so do both resistance and weights, along with outside aerobic stuff. And there are quite a few older guys at the gym I use, very few women though in that age group.
